Calm Life Therapies is a run by myself, Paula Sheasby, and my role is to support people to make positive change in their lives. If you or a loved one is suffering emotionally, I am here to help. I can provide peaceful and safe therapy sessions for individuals, couples and families. Together, we will practise techniques to improve the well being of your body, mind and soul.
I am a fully qualified Holistic Therapist, holistic denoting to treatment of the 'whole person' including mental and social factors, as well as physical symptoms. Therapy sessions with myself can include one or a combination of techniques, including Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Life Coaching and Counselling.
As you may know, life can be a struggle at times. Stress, anxiety, fear and other negative emotions can feel like they consume our waking life and we all need some time to breathe, relax and reflect. We can do this together and you can leave with the ability to continue doing this for yourself.
Calm Life Therapies is about instilling confidence, self-worth, self-belief, self-esteem and self-love and feeling calmer in everyday life.
